The Victoria is the kind of rain jacket that elicits compliments. With an elegant silhouette and roomy hood, plus all the tech you need to stay dry and warm, it’s the ideal mix of function and style. We used our trusted HELLY TECH® Performance build to make it waterproof/breathable and windproof. It features a back vent for extra breathability. It’s insulated with superlight PrimaLoft®. There’s also a fold up reflective for extra safety.
