Warehouse Assistant (Bray, Wicklow)

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working person with a passion for the outdoors to join our online team full-time.

 

Your Role:

You will join our growing team and be responsible for providing assistance in sales and daily operations, from booking products to customer service. You will assist in the warehouse with goods moving inwards and outwards with regular stock checks and product management as well as professional assistance in all areas of our company. The ideal candidate is an organized go-getter, that can multitask well, has a keen interest in the outdoors, and is available to work weekdays and some weekend hours.

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Assisting in goods inwards & outwards
  • Moving around merchandise 
  • Stock takes
  • Restocking shelves 
  • Assist our online store where needed
  • Providing customers with advice on products 

 

Job Type:

  • Full-time 9am – 5pm 
  •  5 days a week
  • Some weekend shifts

 

Experience:

  • 1-year experience in retail (preferred) 
  • Experience in warehouse assistance 

 

Language:

  • Due to the nature of the job a high level of English is required.

Branch Manager (Dublin City)

Managing and overseeing branch employees, supervising, and managing operations and ensuring efficient operation on a day-to-day basis. Improving productivity and develop and further grow branch activities to maximise results and achieve peak performance levels.

Branch Manager Job Duties:

Organising and monitoring training programs for staff

Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and mentoring as needed

Recognising employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment

Developing and implementing sales plans that work towards set targets and goals

Conducting regular sales and operations meetings

Briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information

Work with marketing on activities and events for the branch

Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback

Resolving customer problems and developing positive relationships

Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures

Analysing market conditions and trends and identifying opportunities

Develop forecasts and business plans

Managing budgets, allocating branch funds, and defining financial objectives

Coordinating with other branches to share knowledge, manage and control stock, and achieve goals

Adhering to high ethical and professional standards

Branch Manager Skills and Qualifications:

  • Management Experience (preferred 2+ years)

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

 

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Experience:

  • Management: 2 years (preferred)
  • Retail sales: 3 years (preferred)
